YEC is an international organization based in Poland, established on 2002. YEC is a globally recognized company that provides a lifetime of high quality of services in the field of education, cultural exchange, trainee, volunteer, work experiences, legal and incorporate services, travel tourism and expedition.
The Cultural Exchange Program provides opportunities to share the participant’s native language and culture with the people and community. We aim to stimulate greater international understanding and cultural awareness in the world. The participants of this program get chance to promote cultural diversities, cross cultural understanding, interact with local people, involve in daily life of local people while studying and working abroad. Cultural Exchange gives you the opportunity to share your own culture, customs, heritage and traditions through daily activities in your life.
Work experience is part of the schools’ educational program where students experience the world of work, often for the first time. It is the short-term placement of secondary school students with employers, to provide insights into the industry, and the workplace in which they are located. Students are placed with employers primarily to observe and learn – not to undertake activities, which require extensive training or expertise. It is undertaken at the employer’s premises and has enormous benefits for students.
Usually, internships are a part of the academic program internationals are enrolled in. Internationals need to obtain full time student status while doing their internship. Completing an internship is often an excellent way of gaining actual employment in the same occupational field, as many companies hire their interns as full time employees after the internship has been completed successfully. However, if you are an international student it is rather difficult to transition from an internship to a permanent employee position having said that, it becomes easier for internationals to secure a job in their home country upon their return.
Caregiver or Nanny or Aupair is a rewarding and gratifying job. As a caregiver you can make a difference in someone’s life. We are currently looking for caring, kind, dependable and personable individuals who desire to provide non-medical, in-home care to the child. Caregivers shop for healthful foods and plan and cook tasty, nutritious meals. Nannies see that the breakfasts and lunches they serve are not only well-balanced, but also appealing to the children. Many Nannies keep a file of recipes the children like. At mealtime, they teach table manners.
The program denotes to continue the involvement of foreign volunteer in India, Nepal, Tanzania and Ghana to share their specialized skills and technologies that will assemble and enhance the capabilities of assisted communities for sovereign progress. Conversely, the Program enables the most importantly, volunteer are individuals who dedicate their productive professional life to humanitarian work without regard for monetary consideration. This commitment to serve in depressed communities spells out the difference between Youth Exchange (YEC) Volunteer and other personnel.
